§1 Scope regarding entrepreneurs and definitions
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
The regulations on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders via our internet shop. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluded with forumveda analoge Uhren, Dietmar Kuhl, Zum Bergwerk 1a, D-60437 Frankfurt, Germany.
The presentation of the goods in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation in text form or by delivering the goods.
Note on Product Representation:
To ensure optimal detail, some product photos have been enhanced using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) for lighting and sharpening purposes. This editing is solely for better visualization. The watches shown are physically existent and have not been digitally altered in their nature, shape, or color. The corresponding AI watermark has been retained in the affected images.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
The prices shown include statutory taxes. Shipping costs may apply additionally; please refer to our Shipping Costs Overview for details. Payment is processed according to the customer's choice via secure payment links (PayPal or SumUp for Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The corresponding link will be sent to the customer by email after the order has been verified. Delivery will take place after full payment has been received.
§4 Delivery
Delivery times are based on the product description; shipping takes place after receipt of payment. The risk passes to the buyer or the commissioned carrier upon handover.
§5 Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
§6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. All information regarding the conditions and consequences of withdrawal, as well as the model withdrawal form, can be found on our separate page: Cancellation Policy & Form.
§7 Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
Additional Manufacturer’s Guarantee:
In addition to your statutory warranty rights, we provide a 3-year guarantee on the movement and the proper functioning of the watch from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
Excluded from this guarantee are:
- Wear and tear parts (e.g., leather straps).
- Damage caused by improper handling, impacts, drops, or unauthorized intervention.
- Water Damage: As water resistance is not a permanent condition (seals age over time) and operator error (e.g., crown not fully screwed down) cannot be ruled out retrospectively, damage caused by water or moisture ingress is expressly excluded from this guarantee.
§8 Final provisions
German law applies to all contracts. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
