§1 Applicability to Businesses and Definition of Terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of ordering.

Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to either their commercial or their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

§2 Formation of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The stated prices include the statutory value added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs may be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment via a SumUp payment link provided by us. The following payment options are available via this link: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as real-time or instant transfers.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipping. Delivery takes place here at the latest within 5 working days. The delivery period begins on the day after complete payment confirmation to us. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item only passes to the buyer upon handover of the item to the buyer, even in the case of shipment sales.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
